The sunset evenings of sustainable dining afloat Vancouver’s one and only Floating Plastic Dining Room were a stunning showcase of talent and the terroir of our local waters: the merroir if you will.  However, long before the 1,700, 2-litre bottles gave rise to the dining experience of the year, School of Fish Foundation co-founder Shannon Ronalds was hard at work – with a little help from his friends.
